(1) Find Your Course
(2) Download, complete and sign Enrolment Form
- Download Enrolment Form
- Print, fill and sign form
- Send enrolment form to ACMT via Fax or Post
(3) Receive letter of offer
If your application is approved, you will receive an offer letter and if your application is not approved, you will receive a notification.This process usually takes 2-3 weeks since we receive your application form. If you do not receive an offer letter within a month, please call or email our student services
(4) Apply for Provisional Visa (PVA)
Students from country assessment level of 3, 4 & 5 must make an initial student visa application before they make any payment of tuition fees. Please click here to find out your country assessment level.
If you do not belong to assessment level of 3, 4 & 5; skip the step 4 and continue to step 5.
(5) Make payment for Tuition Fee
The following payments must be made before Confirmation of Enrolment can be issued.
- Tuition Fees
- Enrolment Fees
- Overseas Student Health Cover
Payment Methods: Payments can be forwarded via Bank draft, Bank cheque made payable to Australian College of Management & Technology or telegraphic transfer to ACMT Bank Account.
(6) Receive COE
After you make the payments, you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment from the college.
7) Apply for Student Visa
After you receive COE, you then take this COE to your nearest Australian embassy or Department of Immigration and Citizenship office to apply for your student visa. Click here for DIAC website.
(8) Arrange your flight ticket, accommodation and airport pickup
Once you receive student visa, you then arrange for airport pickup and accommodation if it is required (*Airport pickup and accommodation placement will incur extra service fees).
